Auto-tensioner Removal and Installation
Removal
1. Remove the chain case cover.
2. Turn the crankshaft counterclockwise to compress
the auto-tensioner.
3. Align the holes on the lock (A) and the auto-tensioner
(B), then insert a 1.2 mm (0.05 in.)
diameter pin or lock pin (P/N 14511 -PNA-003) (C)
into the holes. Turn the crankshaft clock

Ball joint remover, 32 mm 07MAC-SL0A 102
Ball joint thread protector, 14 mm 071AF-S3VA000
1. Remove the front wheel.
2. Remove the flange bolt and flange nuts from the
lower arm (A).
NOTE: During installation, install a new flange bolt
and new flange nuts. After lightly
