NOTE: Before you troubleshoot, record all freeze data
and any on-board snapshot, and review the general
troubleshooting information.

3. Turn the A/C switch on.
4. Check the A/C CLUTCH in the DATA LIST with the
HDS.
Does it indicate ON?
YES-Go to step 5.

3. Check the PSP SWITCH in the DATA LIST with the
HDS.
Does it indicate ON?
YES-Go to step 4.
NO-Go to step 14.

1. Install the drive shaft and intermediate shaft into
the differential assembly.
2. Secure the driveshaft (A) in a bench vise (B) with
soft jaws (C). To prevent damage to the drivesh
SRS components are located in this area. Review the SRS component location.
Also review the precautions and procedures in the SRS section before doing repairs or
service.
NOTE:
Put on gloves to protect your hands.
Take care not to scratch the dashboard and related
parts.
