You can use the instrument panel brightness control knob to adjust the illumination of the audio system. The audio system illuminates when the parking lights are on, even if the radio is turned off.

To Play a Disc
To load or play a disc, the ignition
switch must be in the ACCESSORY
(I) or ON (II) position.
You operate the disc player with the
same controls used for the radio. To
select the disc player,
To Stop Playing a Disc
Press the eject button (
) to
remove the disc. If you eject the disc,
but do not remove it from the slot,
the system will automatically reload
the disc after 10 seconds and put it in
pause

1. Erase the DTC memory.
2. Read the DTC.
Is DTC 83-26 indicated?
YES-Go to step 3.
NO-Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this
time. Go to Troubleshooting Intermittent Failures.

To Select a File from Folder and File Lists
You can also select a folder or file by
using the VOL/SELECT knob. Push
the VOL/SELECT knob to switch
the display to the folder or file list,
then turn the VOL/SELECT knob to
select a folder or file. Press the
VOL/SELECT knob to set your
selection.
