You can use the instrument panel brightness control knob to adjust the illumination of the audio system. The audio system illuminates when the parking lights are on, even if the system is turned off.

Operating the XM Radio
To listen to XM radio, turn the
ignition switch to the ACCESSORY

Replacing a Parking Light/Front Side Marker Light Bulb
1. Open the hood.
To change the parking light/front
side marker on the driver’s side,
remove the fuse box fromits stay
by pulling out.
2. Remove the socket from the
headlight assembly by turning it
one-quarter turn counterclockwise.
3. Pull the bulb straight out of its

1. Turn the ignition switch ON (II).
2. Check ECT SENSOR 1 in the DATA LIST with the
HDS.
Is about 176 ºF (80 ºC) or more, or 0.78 V or less
indicated?
