As gasoline evaporates in the fuel tank, an evaporative emissions control canister filled with charcoal adsorbs the vapor. It is stored in this canister while the engine is off. After the engine is started and warmed up, the vapor is drawn into the engine and burned during driving.

Overview
The audio unit acts as the "processor" for all audio functions. Select audio
functions from the audio unit, the audio
remote (on the steering wheel), or by using the navigation voice control system.
The audio display provides the
current audio status. For vehicles with navigation, additio
DTC 71-2x ("x" can be 0 thru 9 or A thru F):

1. Erase the DTC memory.
2. Turn the ignition switch ON (II), and check that the
SRS indicator comes on for about 6 seconds and
then goes off.
