You can use the instrument panel brightness control knob to adjust the illumination of the audio system. The audio system illuminates when the parking lights are on, even if the radio is turned off.

To Play a Disc
To load or play a disc, the ignition
switch must be in the ACCESSORY
(I) or ON (II) position.
You operate the disc player with the
same controls used for the radio. To
select the disc player,

Press the eject button (
) to
remove the disc. If you eject the disc,
but do not remove it from the slot,
the system will automatically reload
the disc after 10 seconds and put it in
pause

Driveshaft Inspection
1. Check the inboard boot (A) and the outboard boot
(B) on the driveshaft (C) for cracks, damage, leaking
grease, and loose boot bands (D). If any damage is
found, replace the boot and boot bands.
2. Turn the driveshaft by hand, and make sure the
splines (E) and joint are not excessively loose.

Place the largest child in the front
seat, provided the child is large
enough to wear the lap/shoulder
belt properly.
