You can use the instrument panel brightness control knob to adjust the illumination of the audio system. The audio system illuminates when the parking lights are on, even if the radio is turned off.

To Play a Disc
To load or play a disc, the ignition
switch must be in the ACCESSORY
(I) or ON (II) position.

Circuit Troubleshooting
1. Check the No. 36 (10 A) fuse in the under-dash fuse/
relay box.
Is the fuse OK?
YES-Go to step 2.
NO-Replace the fuse, and recheck. If the fuse blows again, check for a short in
the No. 36 (10 A) fuse circuit.
