Open the upper glove box by pushing up the lever. Close it by pulling down on the edge under the lever.

1. Disconnect audio disc changer 13P connector.
2. Turn the ignition switch to ACC (I).
3. Operate the XM radio, and check the display.
Is XM information displayed? YES-Replace the audio disc changer.
NO-Go to step 4.
4. Check the No. 34 (7.5 A) fuse in the under-dash
fuse/relay box and the No.
Driveshaft Inspection
1. Check the inboard boot (A) and the outboard boot
(B) on the driveshaft (C) for cracks, damage, leaking
grease, and loose boot bands (D). If any damage is
found, replace the boot and boot bands.
2. Turn the driveshaft by hand, and make sure the
splines (E) and joint are not excessively loose.
